ABSTRACT
In India, corporate social responsibility has evolved from a charitable endeavour to a legislative requirement that encourages businesses to support environmental and social concerns. This change is a result of a greater understanding of how companies may help solve difficult societal issues and advance sustainable development. Businesses can improve their brand image, promote long-term success, and effect significant social change by integrating CSR with their business plan.
