Ravi Singh Chhikara is an advocate based in North Delhi, specialising in a diverse range of legal areas, including Criminal Laws, Civil Laws, Animal Protection Laws, Real Estate, Criminal Law, CBI matters, Economic Offences, Service Law, Arbitrations, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Labor, SARFAESI, Consumer, RERA, Matrimonial, etc.

He appears before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, High Court of Delhi and Punjab and Haryana, and various courts/tribunals in Delhi, Haryana, and Punjab. Ravi Singh Chhikara has more than 50 publications in different journals, newspapers, and blogs, including Berkeley Law Journal, HeinOnline, Times of India, and Indian Express. His work has also been relied upon by the district court of the United States recently.

Dr. Gururaj Devarhubli is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Law at the Institute of Law, Nirma University, Ahmedabad. With more than 5 years of experience, his area of specialisation is Intellectual Property Laws. He has published several research papers and articles in reputed International and National journals indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, and UGC-CARE. Also, he has presented papers at various international and national conferences and seminars.

She completed her B.A. (Hons) in Psychology and LL.B. from Lucknow University, where she developed a keen interest in the intersection of human behavior and legal principles. She further pursued her LL.M., specializing in Constitutional Law, which deepened her understanding of the foundational principles governing the state and its relationship with individuals. She has successfully cleared the UGC-NET examination twice, demonstrating her expertise and dedication to legal scholarship. Recently, she has submitted her Ph.D. thesis on Media Laws, showcasing her commitment to exploring contemporary legal issues. Dr. Sangeeta Taak is an Assistant Professor of Law at Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab since 2007, specializing in Consumer Protection Laws, International Criminal Law, Human Rights, and Refugee Law. She has authored various research papers in international and national journals and a book on International Criminal Law. Dr. Taak has contributed e-content on several legal subjects for the MOOC on Sociology and Gender, Environment Law, and Policies on EPG Pathshala, as well as on International Humanitarian Law for IGNOU and ICRC, New Delhi. She has participated in several esteemed programs, including the IIDH Strasbourg summer program in France on International and Comparative Law of Human Rights, and a five-day training program by the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law, both sponsored by the International Committee of the Red Cross. Dr. Taak’s academic achievements and contributions reflect her dedication and expertise in the field of law and human rights.

Sonal Gupta is an Advocate practicing before the Supreme Court of India and multiple High Courts, including the Delhi, Rajasthan, Punjab & Haryana, Jammu & Kashmir, and Allahabad High Courts. Known for her strategic legal acumen, she specializes in NDPS Act cases, property disputes, constitutional law, commercial transactions, and arbitration. She is also a dedicated human rights advocate, empanelled with the Human Rights Council of India (Punjab and Haryana), and a prolific writer on comparative constitutional law and global legal issues. Additionally, she serves as the Deputy Secretary General of the Ethelred Council for Geo Juridical Statecraft (ECGS India), where she contributes to research and policy formulation.

Ms. Yashfeen Khan is a recent Law Graduate from Dayanand College of Law, CSJM University. She joined the Canon Journal Team due to her keen interest in legal content writing and exploring opportunities in this field.
